2. What we collect

When you send an inquiry about a property: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.

When you ask for a price opinion on your property: the type of property, its municipality, whether you live in Puerto Rico, your contact details, any message and any photos you attach.

When you create an account: your name, email address, password (stored only in a scrambled form we cannot read), preferred language, and the favorites and saved searches you create.

When you visit: anonymous counts of page views for each listing, and technical security records (such as the network address of a failed login attempt).

3. Why we use it

To answer your inquiries, to value and list your property, and to put you in touch with an agent: these are needed to deal with your request.

To run your account, remember your favorites and saved searches and, once you confirm your email, send you alerts about new listings that match them.

To keep the site and your account secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Who receives it

The agents and managers of Ruby Realty offices who handle your request. We do not sell your data.

7. Cookies

We only use cookies and similar storage that the site needs to work: your language choice, and a marker and a token that keep you logged in if you have an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept or refuse.

Passwords are stored scrambled, connections are encrypted, access to your data is limited to the staff who need it and sensitive actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure: if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the version and date below and, where required, ask for your consent again.
